*Ɔdadeɛ Surv. Anthony Mallen Ntiador (’95 Year Group) Appointed Deputy Executive Secretary (Operations) of the Lands Commission*
It is with great pride that we celebrate one of our own—Ɔdadeɛ Surv. Anthony Mallen Ntiador of the Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC), Legon, 1995 year group—on his appointment as the Deputy Executive Secretary (Operations) of the Lands Commission. In this new role, he will support the Executive Secretary in driving the implementation of the Commission’s decisions under the directives of the National Lands Commission.
A true embodiment of the PRESEC spirit of Discipline, Diligence and Dedication, Anthony’s journey to this national leadership position is deeply rooted in the values and excellence instilled in him during his days on the Legon Hill. His unwavering commitment to nation-building and innovation is a testament to the PRESEC brand—developing minds to impact generations.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Ɔdadeɛ Anthony has earned a reputation as a trailblazer in land management and digital transformation. His fingerprints are on some of Ghana’s most impactful public sector innovations, including the eJustice Project, digitization efforts at the Attorney General’s office, and the automation of the Births and Deaths Registry.
As CEO of TGTS Africa and a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, he has led numerous initiatives in Geospatial Technology and Enterprise Resource System Solutions, powering projects like the DVLA’s Private Vehicle Testing Station platform and Multimedia Ghana’s elections results application.
An alumnus of KNUST and a global scholar with advanced training from institutions in Germany, including a Master of Science in Land Management and Administration from the Technical University of Munich, Anthony’s expertise is internationally respected, having worked with FAO, GIZ, and the World Bank.
Yet, it is not only his technical brilliance that stands out. Anthony’s commitment to service is seen in his roles as Presiding Elder at the James McKeown Worship Centre in Adenta and as Chairman of the PTA of Pentecost Preparatory School. A certified counselor and active community leader, he continues to impact lives beyond his professional sphere.
Indeed, it is no coincidence that such a leader was formed at PRESEC—where light is born to shine. Ɔdadeɛ Anthony’s appointment is not just a personal achievement but a reaffirmation of the transformative power of the PRESEC legacy. We are confident that with his leadership, the Lands Commission will experience new heights of operational excellence and innovation.
We move forward knowing that wherever an Ɔdadeɛ is placed, excellence follows.
