Being a landscape artist, based in Cork, her practice is focused on the surrounding seascapes, countryside scenes, historical and archeological heritage. Her works include plein air and studio watercolours of Ireland, especially of counties Cork, Kerry and Waterford. It follows a drone operator in Afghanistan during the war in 2010 who is reluctant to attack and begins to care for the 'target'. In the backwards emotional logic of the war, compassion leads to catastrophe. Part hard-bitten war story where all the humans are monsters and all the monsters are human. * D' or Seifer is a poet living in Limerick. Her work has been published widely. She founded and runs the online poetry series Lime Square Poets, she also co-hosts the First Wednesday Series in collaboration with the Limerick Writers’ Centre. D'or's debut collection, On Being Un/Able to Walk Through Walls (Revival Press) was published earlier this year. * Catherine Ronan is an Irish, award-winning poet and has been writing poetry since childhood. She performs nationally and internationally and has featured at many events including Electric Picnic, Cultivating Voices and Poetry Ireland.
