*The old Cole Brothers Department Store in Barker’s Pool is set to be transformed for this year’s Crossed Wires Podcast Festival.* The famous Grade II listed building, which originally opened in 1963, will be reimagined into a vibrant BBC Sounds hub. Over three jam-packed days, BBC Sounds is treating podcast fans to a full weekend of completely free shows, exclusively for Crossed Wires. The festival will take place in Sheffield between 4 - 6 July 2025.
