Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management through Darwinbox. Generate HR reports and analytics as needed. Collaborate with other HR team members to improve HRIS efficiency and employee experience. Troubleshoot basic HRIS-related issues and coordinate with the Darwinbox support team when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in an HR role. Working knowledge of Darwinbox HRIS is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
