Internship Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Recruitment & Selection team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and HR operations within the travel industry. Key Responsibilities ▶️ Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles. ▶️Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates. ▶️Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records. ▶️Support the onboarding process for new hires. ▶️Salary Negotiation ▶️Understanding hiring requirements from stakeholders ▶️Collaborate with HR team members on various recruitment projects.
