Mzembi appeared before Harare Magistrate, Mr Don Ndirowei, facing charges of defaulting three warrants of arrests. He was arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) earlier this morning. Prosecutor Ms Tendai Shonhayi told the court to defer the case to Monday as they were served with medical documents which laid the basis of Mzembi defaulting. She said Mzembi also intended to serve the court with more outstanding documents. Mr Ndirowei remanded Mzembi in custody to Monday, June 16.
