We are looking for driven, professional, and skilled salespeople who are serious about long-term growth and results. Your Role: You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing B2B clients, managing accounts, and helping grow our footprint in the Harare market. You need to be confident, mature, and strategic — not just to sell, but to think and win. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch to, and close B2B leads Maintain excellent client relationships Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Use CRM tools to track sales and follow-ups Prepare reports and communicate updates Represent the Sutherland brand with professionalism and reliability We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has a valid driver’s license Has proven sales experience (B2B preferred) Is mature, disciplined, and committed (no job-hoppers!)
