The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), represented by the Information Department, participated in the media events organized by the Strategic Vision Group - Russia and the Islamic World and TatMedia in the Republic of #tatarstan, Russian Federation, on 15-16 May 2025. This event was part of the 16th International Economic Forum "#russia - Islamic World (#kazan Forum)," held at the International Exhibition Center in Kazan, the capital city of the Republic of Tatarstan, from 13 to 18 May 2025. The Acting Director of the Information Department Dr. Abdelhamid Salhi, made a presentation on the OIC's media action, particularly the production of media content for social media networks, at the Kazan theater; a presentation on media of the future in the present: content and technologies, during the session dedicated to media institutions; and another presentation at Kazan Federal University on the topic of youth as a target audience for media in OIC countries. The presentations during the sessions emphasized the OIC's media efforts, particularly those related to optimal investment in social media, content production, and leveraging the Artificial intelligence capabilities of the youth.
