To all media representatives, The Government of the Republic of Türkiye welcomes all delegates to the 51st Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the OIC member states to be held in İstanbul on 21-22 June 2025 under the theme: “The OIC in a Transforming World.” For the purpose of the CFM, the Task Force is providing the following information on the logistical and administrative procedures and requirements: Date and Venue • Date: 21-22 June 2025 • Venue: Lutfi Kırdar International Convention & Exhibition Center (ICEC), Istanbul • Address: Taşkışla Caddesi, 34367 Şişli Maçka İstanbul/Türkiye MEDIA ARRANGEMENTS Media Center: There will be a media center located at the CFM venue for the use of accredited media which will be equipped with necessary facilities. Media Accreditation & Badges: All media representatives who wish to cover the meetings and utilize the media center as well as uplink vehicles must be accredited online. Only accredited media representatives will be allowed access to the CFM venue and the media center. Applications for media accreditation, including official photographers and official cameramen, must be made online at the following link: http://akreditasyon.iletisim.gov.tr Applications must be submitted until 3 June 2025, at 15:00 (local time in Türkiye). Any application after this deadline will not be processed or considered. A confirmation e-mail for successfully completed accreditations will be sent to the applicants. Badge Collection: Accreditation Badges can be collected in person at the Press Desk located at the CFM venue beginning 20 June 2025. Badges must be collected in person upon the presentation of identification cards (passports for international media representatives) and originals of press cards or letters of authorization submitted online. Media Events A media program will be provided to accredited media representatives in due course. Please note that only the official opening ceremony will be open to media. Media pools may be arranged for certain media coverage opportunities when needed. All media access to the meeting venue will be escorted. Host Broadcaster and Photographer • Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) is the official host broadcaster. • Anadolu Agency (AA) is the official host photographer. All accredited media will be able to have access to the audiovisual content produced by TRT and the photos taken by AA. (Detailed access information will be provided to accredited media representatives in due course.) Visa Requirements for Media Representatives All accredited media representatives who require visas for Türkiye will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and appropriate visa to enter the country. Media representatives are kindly advised to have a travel document/passport valid for at least 6 months as of the date of their arrival in Türkiye. Media representatives who prefer to obtain electronic visas should visit: www.evisa.gov.tr Accommodation and Transport Accredited media representatives should make their own accommodation and transport arrangements.
