Electricity supplier, ESCOM, has appointed Pilirani Phiri as its new Chief Public Relations and Communications Officer. Phiri, who has served in the Office of the Vice President, is expected to spearhead both internal and external communication strategies aimed at strengthening relationships with stakeholders and enhancing public understanding of ESCOM’s mission and operations.
