A renowned lawyer, Bob Chimkango has been fined a total of K40,000 by the Midima Magistrate Court in Limbe for being found guilty of two traffic-related offences. He was ordered to pay K25,000 for failing to comply with a police signal to stop at a roadblock, contrary to Section 39(3) of the Police Act. Additionally, he was fined K15,000 for driving under the influence of alcohol, which violates Section 128 of the Road Traffic Act.
