                            Why “warmup” before workout?
55-80% of your body is water, so it’s ice before you work out. Going straight in breaks the ice, as in shocking your body, and hurting your muscles. Instead, you must melt the water first using low intensity movements then building up from there, hence ‘warmup.’ Your body is then made liquid, meaning it can safely take any shape, including the body shape you want.
