Yoga is not a practice of worshipping cows, at least not the Yoga we teach. I used to think that’s what it is. So as a believer, I turned down my first opportunity to get into a class. Years later, I had to take up Yoga as part of my dance training. Only then did I realise I was wrong and that I was missing out on what I didn’t know I needed. Congrats to the sisters here for giving Yoga a try.
