Truck monitoring Access control · In charge of maintaining a neat and orderly work area Telephone support for consumers with any issues or grievances Updating of client information i.e. holiday instructions/other client information · Participate in all mandatory training and meetings · Achieving and maintaining the service level and performance goals that have been set · Maintaining a high quality of service Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 / Matric Grade C PSIRA registered and accredited Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required. Strong ability to work shifts.
