We are Hiring HR Officer- Nairobi Our client is a leading regional manufacturing company with facilities in Industrial area Nairobi. They employ in excess of 100 staff mostly with basic technical qualifications. They have retained our services to support hiring process for the position of HR Officer. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR officer will provide end-to-end HR and administrative support across the organization to foster a positive work environment that strengthens labour relations and enhances employee experience The key responsibilities will include labour relations management, staff welfare, employee experience, leave management, recruitment and selection support, records mangement, people data analytics, time and attendance management, benefits administration, separation management, training & development, performance management support, HR statutory returns and various administration aspects managed within the HR scope of responsibilities We invite applications from HR professionals who possess university level qualifications, coupled with minimum of 4 years experience working in a busy HR department, preferably within manufacturing sector. Professional HR qualifications, sound understanding of local labour laws and practices, membership of HR professional body, outstanding communication skills and working in a cross functional environment would be preferred.
