E-filing of Annual Statement Now Open on Press Sewa Portal for FY 2024-25* The window for *e-filing of Annual Statements* under the *Press and Registration of Periodicals Act, 2023* has officially begun from *May 1, 2025* . All publishers registered with *PRGI* (formerly RNI) are advised to file their statements *online* . 📝 *Key Points:* * Filing is mandatory under *Section 12(1) of Press and Registration of Periodicals Act, 2023.* * Periodicals with avg. daily circulation *≥ 2000* must get their Annual Statements *certified by a registered CA* . * CAs must also register themselves on the portal.
