*Reflection: Surrendering to Allah’s Decree*
There are moments in life when everything feels uncertain. Health fails, plans fall apart, and answers don’t come. In those moments, the believer is reminded of a powerful verse that carries both strength and serenity:
قُل لَّن يُصِيبَنَا إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَىٰنَا ۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ
“Say, ‘Never will we be struck except by what Allah has written for us; He is our Protector.’ And upon Allah let the believers place their trust.”
(Surah At-Tawbah 9:51)
This ayah is a shield for the heart. It reminds us that nothing, no illness, no loss, no delay, reaches us except by Allah swt’s will. And if it is from Him, then it carries wisdom, even if it’s hidden. He is our Mawla, our Guardian, our Closest Ally, never abandoning, never unaware.
The lesson here is deep and liberating.
*True peace doesn’t come from perfect circumstances, it comes from perfect trust.* When a believer understands that Allah swt is in control, and that His plan is always better than ours, the burden lifts. We stop resisting and we start relying.
So when life gets heavy, remind your heart of this:
*You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to trust the One who already knows the way.*
