Ghana Card 2. Current payslip 3. Last promotion letter 4. Appointment letter Important Notes - Attendance is mandatory; failure to participate may result in removal from the government payroll. - Staff whose Management Units have changed to UEW Cost Centre should attend at UEW on the scheduled date. - Staff whose Management Units have not changed to UEW Cost Centre should confirm the audit schedule with their respective districts and participate there. - The Executive Committee is negotiating with the audit team to adjust the date and duration of the exercise to accommodate all members.
