Following this, the APP was handed down a judgment on November 30th, 2022, in a manner without precedent, re-asserting the sack of the same Local Government Councils Chairmen and councilors, curiously by the same judge and court that had initially dismissed them. As I mentioned previously, I am not a lawyer; however, this fact does not preclude me from understanding that the APP judgment was nullified due to the absence of judgment debtors to serve at the time of its delivery. Succinctly put, there were no longer any council chairmen and councillors as at that timefor the court to sack. Clearly, someone exploited another person's lack of legal knowledge for financial gain.
One can anticipate that the ingenious APC legal team will appeal the ruling, thus keeping the PDP engaged. The commendably cunning APC may adopt one of two approaches: either discard the appeal in the Supreme Court, permitting the tenure to lapse, or obtain a ruling that sends the case back to lower courts for new hearings, which could potentially prolong the process until approximately 2030.
My sincere apology to my friends and brothers in the PDP for this “wicked truth” . It is just that truth must be told because of the amount of love i have for them despite their incurable diseases of mental slavery.
