*UPDATE: 11:06 am 13 June 2025* *Please note that the problem has been rectified, and the Transport Control Department system is now fully operational.* The TCD operating system is currently down, and they cannot serve most customers at this time. Customers may choose to wait; however, we do not have an estimated time for when the system will be restored. Driving and riding tests will proceed as scheduled.
