*Tips for planning Your Daily Task* 1. Don't overload yourself with a lot of things to do so that everything that is planned can actually be accomplished 2. Do the long-put-off tasks first 3. Write down your tasks in a diary or notes on your phone 4. Set deadlines (deadlines for completing tasks) 5. Break big tasks into smaller ones 6. Choose one main task each day 7. Plan your day in advance 8. Praise yourself for the things you have done 9. Don't forget to rest 10. Don't get distracted by small household tasks
