Democratic Rep. John Mannion of New York directed a profane outburst toward Republican Rep. Mike Lawler of New York Thursday on the House floor. The outburst came after the House of Representatives debated and passed a $9.4 billion rescissions package clawing back spending that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) cited as wasteful.
