Chana Salad Bowl 🥗
A refreshing, no-cook, iron-rich salad perfect for hot days and boosting hemoglobin naturally!
👉 Ingredients:
🫘 1 cup boiled kala chana (black chickpeas)
🧅 ¼ cup chopped onion
🍅 ¼ cup chopped tomato
🥒 ¼ cup cucumber
🌿 Fresh coriander leaves
🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
🧂 Rock salt, roasted jeera powder, and chaat masala to taste
👉 Method:
1. Mix all chopped veggies with boiled chana.
2. Add spices, lemon juice & coriander.
3. Toss well and serve chilled.
