Beetroot Raita 🥣
Cool, creamy, and naturally rich in iron — perfect for sunny days and low hemoglobin!
👉 Ingredients:
🥄 ½ cup grated raw beetroot
🥛 1 cup fresh curd (yogurt)
🌿 Chopped coriander or mint
🧂 Rock salt & roasted cumin powder
🌶 Optional: pinch of black pepper or green chili (finely chopped)
👉 Method:
1. Mix grated beetroot with whisked curd.
2. Add salt, cumin, and herbs.
3. Chill and serve.
