Rajgira (Amaranth) Porridge 🥣 A cooling, gluten-free iron-rich breakfast — perfect for hot summer mornings! 👉 Ingredients: 🌾 2 tbsp rajgira (amaranth) flour 🥛 1 cup milk or plant-based milk 🍯 1 tsp jaggery or dates syrup 🌰 Crushed nuts (almonds, pistachios) 🧂 Pinch of cardamom powder 👉 Method: 1. Mix rajgira flour with a little cold milk to avoid lumps. 2. Boil remaining milk and stir in the flour mix. 3. Add jaggery, cardamom & nuts. Cook till thick. 4. Serve warm or chilled. 💡 Rajgira = rich in iron & protein 💡 Jaggery + milk = tasty iron + calcium boost Ideal for anemia & energy 💪🩸
