He holds his PhD in Organizational Behavior and Development from Universiti Sains Malaysia and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Kardan University. Dr. Khan’s research expertise are in green human resource management (HRM), high-performance organizations, and sustainability. His scholarly work has been published in reputable journals worldwide. He is the recipient of several prestigious honors, including the Emerald Literati Award and Kardan University’s Best Teacher Award. Dr. Khan is also a certified trainer in quantitative research methods, SmartPLS, SPSS, and outcome-based education (OBE). He has facilitated numerous training programs for NGOs and corporate organizations, significantly contributing to capacity building across academic and professional domains.
