*کمپاین حفاظت از محیط زیست* پوهنتون کاردان با هماهنگی ریاست تنظیف شاروالی کابل، کمپاین حفاظت از محیط زیست را تحت عنوان «محیط زیست سالم، جامعهی سالم» در ناحیهی چهارم شهر کابل برگزار کرد. هدف برگزاری این کمپاین، بلند بردن سطح آگاهی عامه به اهمیت حفاظت از محیط زیست، ترویج فرهنگ پاکسازی و تقویت حس مسوولیتپذیری اجتماعی میان نسل جوان عنوان میشود. در این برنامه، بیش از ۶۰ تن از استادان، محصلان پوهنتون کاردان و کارکنان ریاست تنظیف اشتراک کردند. پوهنتون کاردان بهعنوان پوهنتون الهامبخش کشور، همواره در راستای ترویج فرهنگ حفاظت از محیط زیست و ایفای رسالت و مسوولیت اجتماعی خویش پیشگام بوده است.

Economics at Kardan University hosted an insightful guest speaker session titled “KYC in Banking: Understanding the Foundation of Customer Relationship” for students of the BBA and BSc. Economics programs. The session was led by Mr. Mohammad Hamid Jabar, a seasoned expert in banking and financial compliance, who provided an in-depth overview of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, its core components, and the levels of due diligence required in today’s financial landscape. Students gained practical knowledge on the importance of regulatory compliance and customer verification in combating financial crime—essential skills for any aspiring professional in the financial sector. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 The MBA Department at Kardan University hosted an insightful session on “Transforming Conventional Banking to Islamic Banking”, delivered by Mr. Mustafa Safi, General Manager, Islamic Banking at Bank-e-Millie Afghan. The speaker delivered a rich and insightful presentation on the transition from traditional banking to Islamic financial systems, covering ethical foundations, operational practices, and strategic implications, especially in the context of Afghanistan. Kardan University is dedicated to integrating academic knowledge with industry experience by organizing seminars aimed at empowering students with practical insights and real-world exposure.
*Environmental Protection Campaign* Kardan University, in coordination with the Kabul Municipality, held an environmental protection campaign titled "A Healthy Environment, A Healthy Community" in the fourth district of Kabul. This campaign aimed to raise public awareness about the importance of environmental protection, promote a culture of cleanliness, and strengthen the sense of social responsibility among the youth. More than 60 faculty members, students of Kardan University, and staff from the Cleaning Department participated in this event. As the inspiring university in the country, Kardan University has always been at the forefront of promoting a culture of environmental protection and fulfilling its social responsibilities.

He holds his PhD in Organizational Behavior and Development from Universiti Sains Malaysia and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Kardan University. Dr. Khan’s research expertise are in green human resource management (HRM), high-performance organizations, and sustainability. His scholarly work has been published in reputable journals worldwide. He is the recipient of several prestigious honors, including the Emerald Literati Award and Kardan University’s Best Teacher Award. Dr. Khan is also a certified trainer in quantitative research methods, SmartPLS, SPSS, and outcome-based education (OBE). He has facilitated numerous training programs for NGOs and corporate organizations, significantly contributing to capacity building across academic and professional domains.
