𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐬 The Department of Civil Engineering at Kardan University conducted a site visit to a building under construction, supervised by Mr. Sayed Dawood Karimi, an assistant professor in the department. The session began with an important briefing on site safety rules, highlighting their vital role in preventing injuries and maintaining a secure working environment. Mr. Karimi then explained the overall management of construction work, emphasizing the importance of organized workflow and coordination among teams. A detailed discussion was held on the placement of columns concerning structural integrity, particularly focusing on avoiding eccentricity to one side of the structure and preventing rigidity at a single point to allow for better load distribution.
