The Rwanda Biomedical Centre, in collaboration with the World Health Organization and other stakeholders, has launched the Joint External Evaluation (#jee) to assess and benchmark the country’s core capacities under the International Health Regulations (#ihr) for preventing, detecting, and responding to public #healthemergencies.
