Weare seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Head with extensive experience in selling solar water pumps and solar rooftop plants. This individual will lead the sales team in Dodoma, driving business growth while promoting sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidateshouldhaveadeepunderstandingofthesolarenergymarketandaproventrack record of sales leadership in the energy sector.
KeyResponsibilities:
SalesLeadership:Leadandmanagethesalesteam,ensuringtheymeetorexceed sales targets related to solar water pumps and rooftop solar plants.
MarketDevelopment:Identifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitiesintheregion. Build relationships with key clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders to expand the company’s market presence.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’sgoals.Analyzemarkettrendsandadjustsalesstrategiesaccordingly.
CustomerRelations:Establishandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcustomers, providing after-sales support and ensuring satisfaction.
ProductKnowledge:Keepup-to-datewiththelatestdevelopmentsinsolarenergy technologies,specifically solar water pumpsand rooftopsolar plants,to effectively advise customers and address their needs.
TeamDevelopment:Mentorandtrainthesalesteam,ensuringtheyareequipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed.
Reporting:Provideregularreportsonsalesperformance,marketfeedback,and competitor activity to senior management.
QualificationsandRequirements:
Experience: 2upto4years of experience in sales, specifically in the solar energyindustry,withafocusonsolarwaterpumpsandrooftopsolarplants.
Skills:
Strongleadershipandteammanagementskills.
Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationabilities.
ProficientinbothEnglishandSwahili.
Deepknowledgeofthesolarenergymarketandproducts.
Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,SalesandMarketingor a related field is preferred.
OtherRequirements:
Proventrackrecordofsalessuccess,particularlyintherenewableenergy sector.
Abilitytoworkina fast-pacedenvironmentandmanagemultipleprojects.
Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
Apassionforsustainableenergyandenvironmentalsolutions.
