*Are you entitled to free childcare?* Working parents must apply for an Eligibility Code by 31st August 2025 to access up to 30 hours of free childcare per week from September 2025. For more information or to apply for a Working Family Code, visit the Childcare Choices website: www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. If you are not working but receive certain benefits, your child may be eligible for 15 hours of free childcare for 2-year-olds. The same is true if your child is in local authority care, if they receive Disability Living Allowance, have an Education, Health and Care Plan or have left care under an adoption order, special guardianship order or a child arrangements order.
