The offering includes two high-capacity priority data packages — 2TB for US$110 and 3TB for US$180 — with additional data priced at US$0.30 per GB. Exclusively available to public service institutions, the plans are not open to individuals or commercial entities, underscoring TelOne’s strategic focus on bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. POTRAZ has opened applications for the Data Protection Officer (DPO) Certification Course, scheduled for July 2025 in Bulawayo, as part of efforts to strengthen enforcement of the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07]. The certification is mandatory for anyone seeking to register as a DPO in Zimbabwe and is also open to professionals aiming to deepen their knowledge of local data protection laws. POTRAZ says the programme is designed to ensure legal compliance and technical competence in safeguarding personal data.
