*BNM Organizes Training Workshop in the UK – Political and Scientific Analysis of Pakistan’s Nuclear Tests on 28 May 1998* Saturday, June 01, 2025 | Reference: PRBNM50/2025 https://thebnm.org/bnmuk/24141/ Visual: https://thebnm.org/footages/23291/ The Baloch National Movement (BNM) held a training workshop in the United Kingdom to examine the political and scientific implications of Pakistan's nuclear tests conducted in Balochistan on 28 May 1998. A large number of party members participated in the event. During the workshop, speakers emphasized that Pakistan has neither undertaken efforts to clean up the affected areas nor released any research or assessment regarding the long-term effects of radiation. On the contrary, no independent organization has ever been granted access to study or inspect these regions, making the entire matter shrouded in secrecy and lacking transparency. *These nuclear tests were carried out in a colonial manner, completely disregarding the will of the Baloch nation* The workshop highlighted that the nuclear detonations were not limited to scientific or defensive objectives. Rather, they formed part of a systematic and silent campaign of genocide on Baloch soil. The tests were imposed in blatant defiance of the Baloch nations’s collective will and served to turn their homeland into a testing ground — exposing the population to disease, poverty, and environmental devastation. The event was hosted by Kambar Bakhshi, Secretary of BNM UK Chapter, and Dostain Baloch, while Saleem Baloch, Yousuf Baloch, Ahmed Baloch, Bilal Baloch, Bijjaar Ali, Ghaffar Baloch, and Shoaib Nemat contributed with speeches and discussions on the topic. ☢️ #nukeaftermathinbalochistan *« Social Media Links: X | Facebook| Telegram | Whatsapp Channel »* https://x.com/BNMovement_/status/1929224101580922958 https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16AKQCKvo4/ https://t.me/bnmovement/6764 https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va62X4iEawdvbpSBD516
