In collaboration with Isivivana Centre To honour Youth Month 🙌🏾, our First Friday Poetry Jam session unpacked the impact of Artificial Intelligence 🤖 on young minds 🧠. Through discussions and open conversations 🎤🗣️, we reflected on how AI is shaping the way young people think, learn, and express themselves. We questioned the dangers of over-dependence 🧍🏾‍♂️➡️💻, the erosion of original thought 💭, and the ways technology can distance us from our own creativity 🎨. At the same time, we recognised AI's potential in education 📚 and expression 📝. We spoke about ways we, as the youth, can shape the future 🔮 rather than be shaped by it.
