*TRY THIS DELICIOUS SNACK😉* *Ingredients*: * 1 ripe avocados, diced * 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced * 1 medium onion, thinly sliced * 4 large leaves of Chinese lettuce (also known as nap cabbage or wong bok). * 1 medium tomatoes, diced * Salt and pepper to taste * Lemon juice * Olive oil *Instructions*: * In a large bowl, combine avocado, eggs, onion and tomatoes. * Season with salt and pepper to taste. * Squeeze some lemon juice into the mix and drizzle with olive oil. * Spread on Chinese lettuce leaves. * Serve immediately and enjoy! *This salad is a great source of:* * Protein from eggs * Healthy fats from avocado * Fiber and vitamins from Chinese lettuce, tomatoes, and onions The Chinese lettuce adds a nice crunch and delicate flavor to the salad.
