*Ingredients*:
* 1 ripe avocados, diced
* 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
* 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
* 4 large leaves of Chinese lettuce (also known as nap cabbage or wong bok).
* 1 medium tomatoes, diced
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Lemon juice
* Olive oil
*Instructions*:
* In a large bowl, combine avocado, eggs, onion and tomatoes.
* Season with salt and pepper to taste.
* Squeeze some lemon juice into the mix and drizzle with olive oil.
* Spread on Chinese lettuce leaves.
* Serve immediately and enjoy!
