Business Botswana participated in the pre-launch of the Institute for Labour and Employment Studies - ILES 4th Annual Labour Conference, scheduled for 21–22 August 2025 in Gaborone. The conference will be held under the theme " Future Ready: Labour Rights and Productivity in the Digital Revolution." As an employer organisation mandated to advocate for a conducive labour environment and sustainable economic growth, Business Botswana will deliver a key presentation at the event. Presented in collaboration with tripartite partners, the session will focus on policy to practice, strengthening and enforcement of human and labour rights.
