JD: 1. Business Development: o Establish new business opportunities in India and overseas. o Identify and develop customers for Excavator Business. 2. Strategic Initiatives: o Conduct market research for Construction Equipment. o Design pricing strategies and attend Earth Moving Equipment expos. o Implement latest marketing strategies and forecast business plans. 3. Reporting & Operations: o Submit monthly MIS reports to top management. o Prepare and submit customer quotations. Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹11,00,000 LPA (based on experience)./ ₹80,000 to ₹85,000 monthy take home salary • Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays off. • Facilities: Canteen available. • Transport Routes: Poonamalle, Thiruvallur, Kancheepuram (candidates residing nearby preferred).
