Position: Manager – HR & Admin
Reporting To: Korean Director
Industry: Korean Tier-1 Automotive Component Manufacturing
Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Candidate Profile
Gender: Male
Qualification: MBA (HR), MA (Labour Management), or MSW
Experience: 12 to 18 years in HR & Admin, preferably in Auto Ancillary or Manufacturing industries
Age Range: 40 to 45 years
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and report generation
Industry Preference:
Candidates with experience in Korean companies preferred, with exposure to Korean management systems, production, and quality norms
Salary & Benefits
Gross Salary : Up to ₹9,60,000 Lakhs per annum (Non-negotiable)
Working Days: 2 full Saturdays off and 2 half working Saturdays per month
Facilities: Canteen facility available

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filings and renewals for PF, ESI, IF, PCB, Fire Licence, Pressure Vessel, Property Tax, Professional Tax, etc…
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and conduct onboarding and induction training for new joiners
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and execute internal or external programs
• Payroll Management: Oversee attendance, OT, advance entries, and canteen tracking. Cross-verify OT data in Tarka Portal
• Exit Process: Handle full and final settlements for exited employees
• Employee Engagement & Welfare: Drive engagement programs and arrange uniforms, ID cards, and safety shoes
• Vendor & Casual Labour Handling: Monitor manpower vendors, verify statutory documents and bills, and ensure 100% manpower availability and compliance
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain personal files, correspondence, and statutory registers
• Policy Implementation & Grievance Handling: Enforce company policies and resolve employee grievances
• Medical Insurance: Manage monthly additions or deletions for GMC coverage
• NAPS Payroll Process: Oversee salary processing for NAPS trainees
Administrative Functions
• Housekeeping Oversight: Supervise housekeeping to maintain hygiene standards
• Security Management: Handle security operations across the plant premises
• Canteen Services: Ensure efficient canteen operations and food quality
• Admin Procurement: Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate admin-related needs
• Vehicle Administration: Monitor company vehicle maintenance and usage
• Guest House Operations: Manage guest house bookings and hospitality
