(Specially Instrument cluster part) • Support R & D Development of material requirements and assist PMC in abnormal material handling • Import documentation knowledge • Knowledge of payment terms • Inquire and bargain with suppliers, for landing price and business terms • Review the procurement contract and payment terms • Cooperate with the group strategy to develop local suppliers (direct materials) • Conduct qualified supplier management, mass production material price • Verification and trail production material Follow up and other related process • Experience in directional costing and vendor rationalization, Knowledge of automotive sourcing and costing methods. • Manage cost assessment processes and establish cost targets for product teams, co ordinate costing activities across functions • Identification of suppliers for the New Development parts • Floating RFQ for new development parts • Technical discussion with suppliers against RFQ requirement • Receiving the Techno – Commercial offer from supplier • Working out of VA/VE Solution for cost saving.
