Job Code No : C83/ V1 @Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh (Status Urgent : Waiting for Candidate) A Leading Korean Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Industry (Tier-1 Supplier for Kia Motors) Position: Deputy Manager (HR & Admin) Reporting To: Korean Director Gender: Male Experience: 10-15 years in HR and Admin, preferably in Auto Ancillary or related industries Qualification: MBA / MSW or equivalent Salary Range: ₹85,000 to ₹95,000 Gross per month Facilities: Transport and Canteen Age Limit : 42 years Job Responsibilities 1. Factory Administration: o Independently manage all aspects of factory administration. 2. Recruitment: o Hands-on recruitment experience and strategic workforce planning. 3. HR & Admin Team Management: o Provide guidance and support for:  Recruitment  Training and development  Transport management  Korean immigration and visa processing  Welfare of Korean management  Vendor agreements (transport, contract labor)  Facility management  Payroll processing and settlement. 4. Government Liaison: o Handle inspections and communication with government departments (Factories Department, Pollution Control Board, Fire, Labor, APIIC). 5. Health & Safety Compliance: o Oversee Health & Safety department initiatives and protocols. 6. Legal Documentation: o Manage legal documentation, court case proceedings, and liaise with advocates/consultants. o Draft and respond to official/legal letters. 7. Performance Management: o Oversee employee appraisals and performance evaluations. 8. Industrial Relations (IR): o Address labor welfare and Industrial Relations matters. o Conduct domestic inquiries and handle disciplinary actions. o Engage with court/police/ACL meetings as needed. 9. Communication & Follow-ups: o Ensure timely communication with labor offices and maintain proper documentation for inquiries.
