JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Position:                 Marketing and Hospitality Management Officer Organization:         Warm Heart Guest House and Diana Conference Hall Location:                Kanengo, Area 27, Mchezi, Lilongwe, Malawi To start work on:   2nd June 2025. Warm Heart Guest House, a reputable hospitality provider located in Kanengo, Lilongwe, is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and faith-driven individuals for the position of Marketing and Hospitality Management Officer. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, tourism, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing. Hands-on experience in hospitality or tourism and working knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement platforms. Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry will be an added advantage. A God-fearing individual who upholds Christian values and principles. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns. Promote the Guest House and Conference Hall to attract new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Manage and regularly update the organization's online presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, website, and booking platforms). Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements. Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners to establish strategic partnerships. Monitor customer feedback and adjust marketing plans accordingly. Represent the Guest House at trade shows, tourism expos, and community events. Collaborate with front desk and reservations teams to align offers with customer needs. Track and report the performance of marketing activities to management. Maintain effective relationships with media houses and local advertising outlets. Record and manage all bookings for both the Guest House and the Diana Conference Hall. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Ideal Candidate Profile: Energetic, creative, and self-motivated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, and branding. Committed to working in a Christian-focused environment.
