POSITION :JCB OPERATOR  JOB DESCRIPTIONS Operate JCB equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites Perform routine maintenance on JCB equipment to ensure proper function and safety Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating JCB equipment Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks Inspect work site and equipment to identify and address potential hazards or issues Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Maintain activity logs QUALIFICATIONS Driving License with either of the following categories: PGD or CE ,C1 or its equivalent, with at least 5years of experience in driving in operating JCB. Those with machine Operating certificate ,they have an added advantage. No criminal records,if you have criminal records please don’t worst your time. Must not be a beer drunker and Non smoker The applicant must be of 35 to 40 years of age. The applicant will be assigned to our (Mzimba) road construction.
