When Joseph was hated by his own brothers, sold into slavery and held in the prison like a criminal, it was grace that spoke to secure his aqquital and deliverance. When Paul was confronted with a plot of death by a band of more than forty assassins, it was grace that exposed the matter and arranged his escape. Grace, too, neutralised his fears over his infirmities and affirmed he wasn't going to die by his affliction. Grace stopped the plot of Sanballat and his rebellious allies from their ploy to stop Nehemiah from building the Jerusalem walls. The same grace that spoke loudly to see the walls completed also made God's enemies to be covered by shame. Are you faced with a challenge that appeared insurmountable today? Why would you let it conquer you? Can you call upon the God of all grace to rise in your defence and stop the enemies after the order of Herod, Pharaoh, or Nebuchadnezzar?
