Kheer
Ingredients
• 1/4 cup basmati tukda rice (soaked)
• 750 ml full-fat milk
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp chopped almonds
• 1 tbsp chopped cashews
• 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
For Garnish
• Sliced pistachios
• Chopped almonds

Method
1. Pressure Cook:
Add the soaked rice and milk to a pressure cooker. Cook on a low flame for 2–3 whistles.
2. Natural Release:
Let the pressure release naturally.
3. Add Flavor:
Open the lid and add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
4. Simmer:
Cook on a medium flame for another 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve:
Pour into serving bowls and garnish with sliced pistachios and chopped almonds.
