I don’t ask for help often—not because I don’t need it, but because somewhere along the way, I learned to carry things quietly. Maybe it’s pride, maybe it’s habit, or maybe it's the fear of being a burden. I’ve gotten used to figuring things out on my own, even when the weight feels too heavy. But the truth is, strength isn’t found in silence—it’s found in knowing when to reach out, when to say, “I can’t do this alone.” There’s no shame in needing support. We weren’t created to handle life by ourselves. Whether it’s leaning on a friend, talking to God, or simply admitting that we’re not okay, there’s power in asking for help. Vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s courage in action. And every time we let someone in, we remind ourselves that we’re human, not invincible. It’s okay to ask. It’s okay to need. And it’s okay to not carry it all alone.
