Just in case you need it today: happiness is supposed to be simple. It’s not always fireworks or milestones—sometimes it’s just getting through the day, laughing when you didn’t expect to, or feeling peace in a moment of quiet. We often wait for life to be “better” before we let ourselves feel joy, but the truth is, happiness isn’t waiting at the finish line—it’s woven into the small, ordinary things we overlook.
It’s okay if your version of happy looks different today. Maybe it’s choosing rest over pressure, or finding a bit of clarity in the middle of confusion. Happiness isn’t about always feeling good—it’s about noticing when something “is” good, even if only for a second. So if life feels heavy right now, remember: happiness was never meant to fix everything—it’s just meant to remind you that not everything is broken.
