1/2 In our endeavor to address critical infrastructure gaps in education, the Kenya Power Foundation has, today, handed over Ksh. 1 million to Napetet Mixed Day Secondary School as its donation towards the construction of a dedicated Form 2 classroom in the school. Currently, the Form 2 students in the school attend lessons in a neighbouring primary school. During the cheque presentation and groundbreaking ceremony in Lodwar, Mr. Sila Okode, County Business Manager for Turkana County, emphasized the project’s transformative potential not only for the students but also for the entire community. He said: "The cause we are contributing towards today will ensure that students have a conducive learning environment, further unlocking opportunities, not only for them, but also for the broader community. The impact is what the Kenya Power Foundation seeks to create and sustain."
