No of positions - 1 Location - Cheyyar, paints manufacturing unit Tamilnadu candidates preferred Must Have skills : • Strong knowledge of chemical process operations and safety systems. • Working knowledge of PSM elements as per OSHA / CCPS guidelines. • Hands-on experience with HAZOP software tools (e.g., PHA Pro, HAZOP Manager, etc.) • Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies. • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Analytical Thinking • Support training and awareness programs related to process safety for plant personnel. • Maintain PSM documentation, records, and follow-up action tracking. • Assist in the investigation of process safety incidents and near-misses; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. • Support Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), LOPA, SIL verification, and consequence modeling studies.
