Experience: 20+ years (Minimum 5+ years in a senior manufacturing leadership role) Education: B.E – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering Preferred Qualification: MBA in Operations / Industrial Management About the role: · The role includes full responsibility for Production, Production Engineering (PED), Production Planning & Control (PPC), and Export Operations. · The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CNC-based machining environments, deep knowledge of production engineering, and a proven track record in managing international OEM and Tier-1 export customers. · The role requires end-to-end operational leadership with a focus on quality, cost, delivery, and productivity and men management. · Responsibilities include driving TPM, TQM, and Lean Manufacturing practices across the plant, overseeing tooling and process design, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring timely and compliant export deliveries. · The role also involves team development, safety, and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001, and other applicable standards.
