A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme was held at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), a collaborative effort between UMS and MDEC that brought together students, faculty, and digital leaders in a shared mission to strengthen digital literacy on campus. The session featured an inspiring knowledge-sharing segment by Sabah Net and MyDIGITAL Corporation, offering practical insights into the evolving digital landscape. The programme was officiated by the Deputy Minister of Digital, YB Datuk Wilson Ugak Anak Kumbong, who also presented the Premier Digital Tech Institution (PDTI) plaque to UMS Vice-Chancellor, YBhg. Prof. Datuk Dr. Kasim Hj. Mansor. Also in attendance were Mr. Anuar Fariz Fadzil, CEO of MDEC; Mr. Adrian Marcellus, CEO of MyDIGITAL Corporation; Mr. Luqman Ridha Anwar, Registrar of UMS; and Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Mohd. Hanafi Ahmad Hijazi, Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Informatics, UMS.
